Changing Lanes for Emergency Personnel Can Save Lives

600 × 463?

Would you be shocked to know that changing lanes can help save lives? It's true; every year, numerous roadside workers are struck by passing vehicles and are often seriously injured or killed. However, the good thing is that if you follow the law and do two simple things, you can help prevent accidents.

The first thing to do is slow down if you see flashing lights from a police car, tow truck, or another emergency vehicle. Next, if it's safe, move over. If it is not possible to safely change lanes, slowing down will help protect the roadside workers.

At our dealership, we want you and those with whom you share the road to be safe.
