The Jeep Grand Cherokee took home two awards at the 12th annual Carspondent.com "Active Lifestyle Vehicle of the Year" (ALV) awards competition held in Chandler, Arizona, and the team at Ramey Chrysler Dodge Jeep is hardly surprised.
At the unique event, which is judged by outdoor enthusiasts, athletes, and the automotive media, the Grand Cherokee took home the inaugural Phoenix Automotive Press Association (PAPA) Best of the Southwest award and the award for best overall Luxury Off-Road vehicle with true-off road capability.
Judges and ALV awards cofounder Nina Russin noted the models premium interior, superior drivability, fuel-efficient EcoBoost engine, and off-road capability while maintaining the luxury features that buyers demand.
