While most people think of keeping food and water in the roadside emergency kit, there are a few other liquids that warrant their inclusion.
Engine oil. It should go without saying, but your car's engine needs oil. Not only that, but it needs to be the correct viscosity. Without it, your car's engine will tear itself apart.
Coolant, otherwise known as radiator fluid or antifreeze. Try to make sure you match your fluid color. In a pinch, water could be used, but that would only be in an emergency until you could get your car to the shop.
Windshield washer fluid. Being able to see out your windshield is important. When mud and dirt get kicked up on your windshield, or bugs and bird droppings block your vision, you need to clean it off so you can see the road.
?By keeping these three automotive fluids in your roadside emergency kit you should be able to keep your car running safely and comfortably.
