      We purchased this Dae Woo Nubira for a mere $400 and had a few minor cosmetic repairs. Of course over time mechanical repairs are needed. We replaced a steering control arm. it still needs a left front wheel bearing. As far as starting in the cold (-17 below) we have no problem This car has been well maintained. When we take it in for the oil change the oil still looks new and yes the oil pump is working.…
