State Farm Study Finds Teens’ Cellphone Use Makes Way for Other Risky Driving Behaviors
A new State Farm report from October 2016 says 80 percent of teens use their smartphones while driving. State Farm also found that American teens that choose to be preoccupied with their smartphones when they’re behind the wheel are also more likely to speed, drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or participate in other driving hazards like choosing not to wear a seatbelt.
